How to Draw Bubble Letter Z
Capital Z is three strokes: a top bar, a diagonal slash, and a bottom bar. The slash's angle is the letter's signature — too steep looks frantic, too shallow looks sleepy.
Bar the top
Draw a horizontal bar across the top, confident and level. This is the Z's roof — keep it straight, since the diagonal launches from its right end.
Slash the diagonal
From the top bar's right end, draw a diagonal down to the lower left, ending where the bottom bar will begin. Aim for a bold, decisive slash — timid diagonals make apologetic Z's.
Bar the bottom
Draw the bottom bar from the diagonal's lower end back to the right, matching the top bar's length. The two bars should be parallel and equal — the letter's frame.
Round the corners
Redraw with a bubble outline, softening the two corners where bars meet the diagonal. In bubble style these become smooth elbows rather than sharp lightning-bolt joints.
